Planetary Environment and Evolution Group

This group is devoted to study the formation and the evolution of the Moon, the environment and the geological processes of Mars and terrestrial bodies, the surface characteristics and the origin and the evolution of the small bodies and icy satellites, based on the planetary remote sensing data and the returned extraterrestrial samples. The goal is to understand the environment of planetary surfaces, the composition of planetary lithosphere and their geological processes, and planetary habitability, to better understand the origin and evolution of our solar system.
